This journey is perfect if you want to try truffles for the first time with a lower dosage. It is also ideal for experienced psychonauts who wish to explore with a higher dosage.

PREPARATION
After you complete the online intake form, we will review your answers to determine your dosage, and fine tune your intention. In an online preparatory Zoom session you meet your fellow travellers and we take a look at the day of the ceremony.

CEREMONY
After your arrival, we begin with simple yet powerful practices to prepare you for the journey, such as meditation, breathwork, writing, and gentle yoga exercises. No prior experience is required.

After consuming the truffles, you set out on an inner exploration, carried by waves of carefully curated music. We are unconditionally present, without directing your journey. Only when truly needed do we help you navigate.

Once you have landed again, we reflect on your experience at your own pace. There is plenty of time to write, meditate, or simply chat. After a nourishing and satisfying meal, we say goodbye.

The following day, we check in to see how you are doing, and you will receive the music and the integration form.

CLOSING
One week after the journey, we finish the program with an online group session via Zoom. We look back at the ceremony and share our stories. When everything feels complete, we close the program.

OPTIONAL: INTEGRATION
Do you need extra integration? With the help of the integration form we unravel your experience. Send an email or notify us on site so we can arrange and schedule the extra session.
